A* VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY COUNCIL MINUTES December 22, 1970 The meeting was called to order by Mayor Miedtke at 8:00 o'clock P.M. The following were present at roll call : Emond, Miedtke, Levandowski Absent : Crouse, Englund Also Present: Village Attorney, Larry Vickrey Village Manager, John R. Printon The following corrections on the minutes of the December 8, 1970 meeting were noted: On Page 2 at the bottom in the motion by Councilman Englund, it should be "if it is not their intent to have this case dismissed, that the Village Attorney should take the necessary steps to get this case settled6i On page 3 toward the top after the motion by Councilman Crouse regarding the agree- ment with John Printon, it should read "voting on the motion" and not "voting on the motion as amended". Then it should be 'Motion not carried" and not 'motion as amended not carried". Also the minutes should show that a copy of the agreement is • attached to the minutes. In the middle of page 3 in the motion by Councilman Englund approving the agreement between the Village and John Printon, 'Without any amendment" should be deleted from the motion. On page 3 after the motion by Mayor Miedtke regarding the letter from the Hennepin County Library, the minutes should show that a copy of the letter is attached to the minutes. At the bottom of page 3 in the motion by Councilman Crouse, it should read "for all their vehicles" rather than "for their cars". On page 4 at the top after the motion by Councilman Crouse regarding the letter from the Minneapolis Fire Department Relief Association, the minutes should show a copy of the letter is attached to the minutes. On page 4 in the second motion by Councilman Englund, it should read 'lvrite a letter to Ramsey County" rather than 'Write a letter to them". Motion by Mayor Miedtke and seconded by Councilman Emond to approve the minutes of the December 8, 1970 meeting as corrected. Motion carried. Harry Lekson presented the minutes of the December 15, 1970 meeting of the Plann- ing Board.
