ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> 12/16/75 <br /> The meeting was called to order by Mayor Miedtke at 7:30 P.M. <br /> Present for roll call : Stauffer, Haik, Miedtke, Sundland and Sauer <br /> Also Present: Jerry Dulgar, City Manager <br /> The following corrections were made to the minutes for the December 2, 1975 <br /> Council meeting: <br /> Page 3, Para. 1 : Voting on the motion to deny the Ernst request for a <br /> Country Kitchen restaurant: <br /> Aye: Sundland, Haik, Stauffer, Sauer <br /> May: hone <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Page 5, Para. 6: Insert after "bridge" the identifying phrase "oder the <br /> Soo Line railroad tracks near the intersection of Silver Lake Road with <br /> 37th Avenue." <br /> Page 5, Para. 8: Insert after "serve" the words "at the request of the <br /> • Study Committee: . <br /> Motion by Councilman Haik, seconded by Councilman Sauer to approve the minutes <br /> of December 2, 1975 as corrected. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Mr. Dulgar then reported he had requested Ramsey County to include in their <br /> budget the extension of the bikeway over the bridge in question. <br /> The Human Relations Committee minutes for November 18 were discussed and filed <br /> after it was ascertained that the committee had been furnished the status <br /> report on the Section 8 Rent Assistance Program which might answer some <br /> questions about the eligibility of persons from outside the City receiving <br /> such assistance. <br /> Motion by Councilman Haik, seconded by Councilman Sundland to adopt Resolution <br /> 75-043. <br /> RESOLUTION 75-043 <br /> A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING POLLING <br /> PLACES <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sauer, seconded by Councilman Sundland to adopt Resolution <br /> 75-044. <br /> RESOLUTION 75-o44 <br /> A RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE 1975 BUDGET <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br />
