ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> September 13 , 1977 <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7: 36 p.m. by Mayor Miedtke following <br /> the interview of Planning Board candidates . <br /> Present for roll call: Sauer, Stauffer, Miedtke and Sundland. <br /> Absent: Haik (arrived at 7: 37 p.m. ) <br /> Also present: Jim Fornell, City Manager <br /> Larry Vickrey, City Attorney <br /> The minutes for the August 23, 1977 Council meeting were corrected as <br /> follows: <br /> Page 4, Paragraph 4 : Mr. Soth answered Councilman Sauer's <br /> question of whether the assessment <br /> • amount. . . "could be adjusted after <br /> the Public - Hearing by saying the <br /> gross amount could probably only be <br /> adjusted by changing the amounts <br /> assessed to each parcel . <br /> Mayor Miedtke preferred determining <br /> the gross assessment amount" . . . <br /> through a line by line consideration <br /> Motion by Councilman Sundland and seconded by Councilman Sauer to approve <br /> the August 23, 1977 minutes as corrected. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sundland and seconded by Councilman Stauffer to <br /> adopt Resolution 77-044. <br /> RESOLUTION 77-044 <br /> A RESOLUTION REQUESTING A SET OF <br /> BOCCE BALLS <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sauer and seconded by Councioman Stauffer to adopt <br /> Resolution 77-045. <br />
