ANTHONY <br /> i <br /> • SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING <br /> July 16 , 1979 <br /> The meeting was called to order at 5 : 05 p.m. by Mayor Haik. <br /> Present: Mayor Haik and Councilmen Sauer and Letourneau. <br /> Also present: City Manager Jim Fornell . <br /> The Manager presented the bid tabulation on Water Improvement <br /> Project 1979-003. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sauer, seconded by Councilman Letourneau to <br /> accept the bid of ArCon Construction Company, Inc. for project <br /> 1979-003 in the sum of $15,904 . <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilman Letourneau and seconded by Councilman Sauer <br /> to adjourn. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 5: 10 p.m. <br /> • <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> • <br />
