1 CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> • CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br /> 3 November 27, 2001 <br /> 4 I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> 5 Mayor Hodson called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> 6 II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br /> 7 Mayor Hodson invited the Council and the audience to join in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> 8 III. ROLL CALL. <br /> 9 Councilmembers present: Mayor Hodson; Councilmembers Sparks, Thuesen, Horst <br /> 10 and Faust. <br /> 11 Councilmembers absent: None. <br /> 12 Also present: City Manager Mike Mornson; City Attorney Jerry <br /> 13 Gilligan. <br /> 14 IV. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 27,2001 CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING <br /> 15 AGENDA. <br /> 16 Motion by Councilmember Sparks to approve the November 27, 2001 City Council Regular <br /> 17 Meeting Agenda. <br /> IR Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 19 V. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS. <br /> 20 Mayor Hodson stated that Boy Scout Troop#711 and Troopleader Steve Hamiline were present <br /> 21 this evening. Mr. Hamiline indicated that they were present in order to fulfill the obligation for <br /> 22 their Citizen in Community Merit Badge. <br /> 23 Mayor Hodson thanked them for their presence. <br /> 24 VI. COMMUNITY FORUM. <br /> 25 Mayor Hodson invited residents in the audience to speak to the Council on items that are not on <br /> 26 the regular agenda. <br /> 27 Hearing none, Mayor Hodson moved forward with the agenda. <br /> 28 VII. CONSENT AGENDA. <br /> 29 Motion by Councilmember Thuesen to approve the Consent Agenda. Said Consent Agenda <br /> 30 consisted of: <br /> 31 A. Council Study Session Meeting Minutes—November 13, 2001; and <br /> 32 B. Licenses/Permits; and <br /> 33 C. Claims; and <br /> WD. Resolution 01-086, re: Approve City Manager's Salary. <br /> 35 Motion carried 4-0. Faust abstained. <br />
