City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br /> November 26, 2002 <br /> Page 6 <br /> Councilmember Thuesen had nothing to report. <br /> 3 Councilmember Faust indicated that on November 19`h all were present with the Chamber of <br /> 4 Commerce at a ground breaking for Culver's Restaurant. He reported that the Hardee's and <br /> 5 Exhaust Pros buildings have been removed and this is the beginning of renewal in that area of St. <br /> 6 Anthony. He stated the president of Culver's Restaurant was in attendance at the ground <br /> 7 breaking and he thinks this restaurant will be an excellent asset as an employer, a place to eat, <br /> 8 and a viable business. <br /> 9 <br /> 10 Mayor Hodson agreed and stated the rejuvenation of St. Anthony is starting to happen which is <br /> 11 exciting. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 Mayor Hodson stated he received a call from the St. Paul Pioneer Press and this coming Sunday <br /> 14 an article will be included regarding the Northwest Quadrant. <br /> 15 <br /> 16 Mr. Mornson reported that since the referendum was approved, the City has received three or <br /> 17 four inquiries of interest for restaurants. <br /> 18 <br /> 19 IX.
