CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING <br /> Tuesday, December 16, 2003 <br /> 3:30 pm <br /> Council Chambers <br /> I. CALL TO ORDER. <br /> The meeting was called to order by Mayor Hodson at 3:30 pm. <br /> U. ROLL CALL. <br /> Present: Hodson, Thuesen, Faust, Horst, Sparks(arrived at 4:00 pm) <br /> Absent: None <br /> Also present: Michael Mornson, City Manager <br /> III. PARKS COMMISSION INTERVIEWS. <br /> Noting that there are three vacancies, all for three year terms, to be filled in 2004, <br /> Councilmembers interviewed prospective Parks Commission members as follows: <br /> Erich Young <br /> Eva Knudson <br /> After discussion, motion by Councilmember Faust, seconded by Councilmember Horst, <br /> to appoint Erich Young and Eva Knudson as Parks Commissioners for three year terms, <br /> commencing in January, 2004. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> IV. PLANNING COMMISSION INTERVIEWS. <br /> Noting that there are three vacancies for three year terms, and one for a one year term,to <br /> be filled in 2004, Councilmembers interviewed prospective Planning Commission <br /> members as follows: <br /> Hal Gray <br /> James Hoska <br /> Julianne Hunter <br /> Jan Jenson <br /> Victoria Young <br />
