If provided by Contractor, the <br /> cost will be charged as extras; otherwise these items will be furnished by Owner at no cost to <br /> Contractor: <br /> * Premiums for special insurance coverage requirements <br /> j * Water from a fire hydrant or other high volume source within a convenient distance from <br /> each inversion location, or, if not available, a water truck and operator <br /> * Water meter charge or deposit <br /> * Point repairs <br /> * Manhole rehabilitation and/or replacement <br /> * Protruding service taps affecting job quality or internal equipment access <br /> * Dewatering(rarely required) <br /> * Disposal site for debris resulting from cleaning <br /> * Removal and disposal of any hazardous or toxic materials encountered during the project <br /> * Installation of clean-outs, if required, for special bypass pumping requirements for <br /> businesses <br /> * Construction access easements <br />
