I XVI. OTHER BUSINESS. <br /> 102 A. City Manager Conferences. The City Manager provided dates of various <br /> 3 conferences he will be attending. He provided a schedule of conferences that <br /> 4 the Council can attend. The June 11 Council meeting will be rescheduled for <br /> 5 June 10 because of the League of Minnesota Cities/Association of <br /> 6 Metropolitan Municipalities Conference. <br /> 7 B. Police Car Bids. The City Manager reported that the bids for the police cars <br /> 8 came in $2,200 higher than anticipated. <br /> 9 C. Joint Meeting with School District. The City Manager reported that the full <br /> 10 Council and the School Board will be meeting on March 19. <br /> 11 D. Letter Regarding Code Violations. The City Manager reported that a <br /> 12 contractor has been selected to finish construction. The Staff will continue <br /> 13 to monitor the situation. <br /> 14 E. Cable Commission Meeting. The City Manager reported on issues discussed. <br /> 15 Cities are beginning to put together telecommunication ordinances. <br /> 16 F. Nedegaard - Schroeder. Mr. Schroeder has made an arrangement with <br /> 17 Nedegaard Construction to purchase a piece of property adjacent to his <br /> 018 property. <br /> 19 G. Zack - Tollefson. The City Manager provided an update to the City <br /> 20 Council. <br /> 21 H. Aerial Photos. Ramsey County is doing aerial photos this summer. <br /> 22 I. Bowling AlleX. The City Manager reported that the bowling alley in <br /> 23 Apache Plaza is closing on April 30. <br /> 24 J. Excess Equipment. The City Manager reported that the City has <br /> 25 accumulated excess equipment. He will provide a list to the City Council. <br /> 26 K. Property Tax Legislation. The City Manager reported on the proposed <br /> 27 property tax legislation. <br /> 28 XVII.
