32 <br /> (j) Upon request of the City Manager, a licensee will provide the • <br /> City with a list of the names and addresses of the licensee's <br /> customers in the City. <br /> 555.04 Reporting of Recyclables and Yard Waste. All licensees must report to the <br /> City, on forms provided by the City, the quantity of all recyclables and yard waste <br /> abated from landfills. Such quantities must be reported by tonnage, except that yard <br /> waste may be reported in estimates of cubic yardage abated. Copies of weight tickets <br /> must also be submitted with the abatement quantities. Failure to certify accurate <br /> volumes in a timely manner may be cause for revocation of a hauling license. <br /> 555.05 Reporting of Participation Rates. All licensees must report to the City, on <br /> forms provided by the City, the number of households participating in the curbside <br /> recycling program each week. Licensees must report the number of actual <br /> household accounts in the City, the number of households signed up to participate <br /> in the curbside program and the number of households actually recycling each <br /> week. <br /> Section 560 - CONTRACTORS <br /> 560.01 Definition of Contractor. For purposes of this Section, a contractor is a <br /> person who performs for another person for a contract price, a fee or other <br /> consideration any work for which a building permit is required under the • <br /> provisions of this Code. <br /> 560.02 License Required. No person may perform work in the City as a contractor <br /> involved in building construction, alterations, or remodeling or any other work for <br /> which a building permit is required by this Code or the State Building Code, without <br /> a license issued pursuant to Minn. Stat. §§ 326.83 through 326.98, or a license issued <br /> pursuant to the provisions of this Section for the type of work in question. If the <br /> contractor has a State license and no City license is required, the contractor will pay <br /> the City a $5.00 surcharge prior to commencement of the work. <br /> 560.03 Types of Work Covered. Licenses are required for, but not limited to, each of <br /> the below-named trades and construction work: <br /> (a) General contractors, including erection, alteration or repair of <br /> buildings. <br /> (b) Masonry, cement work, cement block work, block laying or brick work. <br /> (c) Roofing. <br /> (d) Plastering, stucco work, sheet rock taping. • <br /> 5-22 <br />
