Minnesota State Statutes 471.705. <br /> subdivision 7: At the first meeting of the mmission and each calendar year thereafter, the <br /> Commission shall elect from its a chairperson, a.vice chairperson, a treasurer, a <br /> secretary, and such other officers as it deems necessary to conduct its meetings and affairs. <br /> subdivision 8: The Commission shall adopt those bylaws and procedures necessary for the <br /> conduct of its meetings.
