Changes to the electrical to accommodate the Police radio system: add of $2065.00 Provides junction boxes and empty conduit for installation of radio speaker volume controls at six • locations; rooms 36, 56, 57, 40, 65 and the wall outside room 70. Provides junction box and conduit to room 54 for radio amplifier power and communication wiring. Provides a masthead through the roof in room 54 for antenna. 2. A credit will 'be Issued for: Omitting curb and omitting the turnaround east of the police area. The new curb along the west side of the service drive east of the building has been eliminated until the tennis court work is ready to be done; and the drive has been reduced to 22' to avoid damage to the existing trees. 3. There will be a credit for a change to the grading east of the building and reducing the width of the east service drive. The water ponding/percolation area in the skating rink area has been redesigned to be more shallow and there will be less excavation and hauling, therefore a credit. The drive east of the police area has been raised somewhat to match the ponding area so there will be some additional fill in this area therefore some extra cost. The drive was reduced in width by 3' to avoid disturbing trees and will result in a credit. 4. The council bench change. Graus has had the Information for several days but other subs are Involved and pricing may be slow. 5. We are having others look at the fountain without recirculating water, etc. Nothing on that as yet. 6. We added some paving from the parking lot to the bus stop area west of the building. There will be a small add for that. This was done yesterday so haven't processed a request for a price as yet. • Graus has indicated that they will probably have prices dor 2 and 3 but aren't optimistic about 4 by Tuesday. Liz will get the information to you if and when we get it. Graus Isn't involved in #5 at this point and their office hasn't received the Information on #6 as yet.
