Over view of the Plan (by BRW) <br /> • Purpose and Use of the plan <br /> • Contents <br /> • Schedule of Milestones and Meetings <br /> • Role of the Staff, Planning Commission, City Council and Members of the Public <br /> • Metropolitan Council Requirements (generally) <br /> Questions and discussion. <br /> 3. Exercises to Identify Preliminary Planning Issues and Concerns <br /> Two exercises will be led by Bill Weber and Suzanne Rhees to elicit ideas from the <br /> members present: <br /> 1. Nominal group technique to identify the strengths,weaknesses, opportunities and <br /> threats of/to the City of St. Anthony <br /> 2. Nominal group technique to identify items that officials and staff would like to <br /> see the planning process address and resolve. These should be stated in the form <br /> of questions (e.g.,what should the City do, if anything, to respond to the changing <br /> demographic profile of the community?). <br /> These two exercises will take about 60-90 minutes. <br /> • <br />
