We originally assumed 3,000 connections in the city. This has been reduced to 2,300 <br /> connections to reflect your recent data. <br /> ' • b. We originally planned on three public information meetings. This has been increased <br /> to four meetings/study areas to provide a more manageable number of people in each <br /> group. <br /> tC. We increased the public information areas to include assistance in preparation of <br /> Newsletter Articles and assistance in preparing an Educational Video. <br /> td.
