Iq <br /> City of St. Anthony Village <br /> Information Technology Assessment <br /> • March 25, 1998 <br /> Phase II: Tactical Direction <br /> The tactical direction phase focuses on the high level functional and technical requirements necessary <br /> to develop the future architecture. The tasks included in this phase are: <br /> 1. Identify Functional Requirements <br /> Involves working with representative city users to determine the important aspects of the business <br /> and information requirements. <br /> 2. Develop Systems Architecture <br /> Involves laying out the characteristics and relationships of the key systems components needed <br /> for the long-term strategic architecture. Includes a conceptual diagram, glossary, and key <br /> principles/goa!s that were used. <br /> 3. Develop Technology Framework <br /> Involves identifying the specific technologies, technical approaches, and requirements to support <br /> the projected organizational needs. <br /> 4. Prepare Information Technology Plan <br /> Involves documenting the strategies, overall approach, costs, and benefits to guide future systems <br /> • development activities. Includes estimated costs and high level implementation strategy and plan, <br /> as well as risk assessment. <br /> Phase III: Written Information <br /> Broadly speaking, the areas LDSi has addressed in this proposal include an Information Technology <br /> Assessment resulting in a written plan that will detail the following areas based on the need's defined <br /> in discussions between LDSi and the City of St. Anthony Village. <br /> LDSi will provide the City of St. Anthony Village with an executive summary upon completion of the <br /> previous phases.
