Emergency telephone numbers. <br /> 2. License, insurance and bond information. <br /> 2.1 SECTION I, EXECUTIVE SUMMARY. <br /> The executive summary is an important portion of the Proposal. It should present a <br /> clear, but concise summary of the evaluation systems used; planning services to be <br /> provided and costs detailed in the Proposal. Structure the Executive Summary of the <br /> Proposal in a manner that allows it to serve as a "stand-alone" summary when separated <br /> from the other portions of this Proposal. <br /> Attached to this Request for Proposals is property information on the areas for which <br /> planning services are desired and plat maps of the project areas. <br /> • Firms submitting proposals are re uired to be licensed, bonded and insured (Worker's <br /> Compensation and Liability). <br /> Firms submitting proposals are required to provide a listing and resumes of all project <br /> members and staff that will be working on the project. <br /> Firms submitting proposals are required to provide emergency telephone numbers. <br /> • <br /> 2 -- <br />
