ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 98-pdrpts <br /> A RESOLUTION SETTING A FEE <br /> FOR POLICE REPORTS <br /> WHEREAS, presently, the St. Anthony Police Department provides copies of <br /> police reports at a fee of$5.50 for all reports; and <br /> WHEREAS, after comparing police report fees charged by nearby <br /> communities, a change in fees charged for police reports is <br /> recommended. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br /> St. Anthony hereby sets the fees to be charged for copies of police reports as <br /> follows: <br /> $5.00 Page 1 through Page 10 of a police report <br /> • $1.00 for each additional page after Page 10 <br /> Adopted this day of , 1998. <br /> • Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> • <br />
