• elect to correct immediate hazards identified in the housing inspector's report. <br /> A buyer intending to correct immediate hazards must have written consent from <br /> the City. Such written consent may be subject to terms and conditions <br /> including: <br /> (a) A signed agreement from the buyer accepting responsibility for <br /> correction of the hazardous items; <br /> (b) Reasonable completion dates; <br /> (c) Evidence of financial ability to perform the corrections; and <br /> (d) When the buyer expects to occupy the dwelling or structure. <br /> If the owner is a government agency or if an agreement exists between the <br /> owner and the buyer that the buyer will correct immediate hazards as part of a <br /> remodeling project, the buyer may correct the immediate hazards identified in <br /> the housing evaluator's report. Owner. The failure of any owner, agent of the owner, or buyer to <br /> comply with the provisions of this Section or to comply with an order issued by <br /> the City pursuant to this Code shall be a misdemeanor. <br /> Subd. 2. Housing Inspector. The failure of any housing inspector to comply <br /> with the licensing provisions of this Section shall be a misdemeanor. <br /> Subd. 3. Other Enforcement Provisions. The City may also enforce provisions <br /> of this Section by mandamus, injunction, or other appropriate remedy in a court <br /> of competent jurisdiction. <br /> 1306.09 Implied Warranties/ Warranty Limitations. Nothing in the housing <br /> inspector's report shall guarantee or warrant that a dwelling or structure meets all <br /> 7 <br />
