PHONE NO. : 612 933 1153 May. 18 1998 10:55 5 Village Place Redevelopments The Village Place Redevelopments consisted of senior housing and family townhouse redevelopments in eight different locations. These redevelopments consisted of individual projects of 72 to 80 senior housing units, mall development and 17 to 40 unit townhouse developments. The redevelopments occurred in Colorado,Iowa, Florida, Georgia, and Minnesota. RLK-Kuusisto personnel were responsible for project management, including feasibility analysis, design, City approvals, obtaining TIF financing, revenue bonds and conventional financing, developer negotiations, and construction management. South View This was the only suburban HODAG completed in the suburban Minneapolis area. The project was a joint venture with the Bloomington HRA and two private developers. RLK Kuusisto staff member • Richard Krier managed the project, prepared feasibility analysis, negotiated the joint agreement, prepared the analysis, and(with the HRA staff) coordinated the grant application with HUD. Wood Lake Point/Market Plaza This mixed use Richfield redevelopment was managed by RLK-Kuusisto staff. The project included financing, HRA negotiation, planning and design, feasibility analysis, and construction management. This project includes 147 units of senior housing, a 200 unit apartment structure and an 80,000 square foot shopping center under the apartments Brooklyn Blvd.Redevelopment Project This housing project,which was completed with the Brooklyn Park HRA, consists of office and medium density residential development. The project involved negotiations, land acquisition and reallocation,the use of CBDG funds and public improvements. Richard Krier was responsible for all phases of the • development.
