For your reference, I am also enclosing a copy on which the changes from <br /> the previous draft are noted. <br /> I also call your attention to the fact that this is currently drafted as an amendment to the <br /> zoning ordinance. This is probably appropriate, since it does deal with land use. If you wanted <br /> to keep it out of the zoning ordinance, however, it could go in Chapter 4,which also deals with <br /> storm water facilities. If it were in Chapter 4, it could be amended without public hearings and <br /> waivers of the requirements would not require a zoning-type variance procedure.
