Storm water inartagement p1mis Plans meeting the requirements of Section 1675.06 shall be submitted by the Public Works Director to the Planning Commission for review in under Section 1675.08. The Commission shall recommend approval,reearmnend approval with conditions, or denial. Following Planning Commission action,the stonn wateL matiagement plan shall be submitted to the City Council at its next available meeting. City eatmeil Council action on the storm water management plan must be accomplished within 120 days following the date the application far-appraval is filed with the Public Works Director. Subd. 2. Duration. Approval of a plan submitted wider the provisions of this ordinance shall expire one year after the date of approval unless construction has commenced in accordance with the plan.
