ANTHONY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> The City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby ordains: <br /> Section 1. Section 1400.08, Signs Requiring No Permits, Subd.1 , Political Signs will be <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> Subd. 1. Political Signs. All political signs of any size may be posted from August 1 in a State <br /> General election year until 10 days following the State General Election. For Local General <br /> Elections (City and School), which are held the first Tuesday after the first Monday in <br /> November of odd numbered years, all political signs of any size may be posted four weeks <br /> prior to a Local General City election until five days following a Local General Election. <br /> Political signs are not allowed to be placed within ten feet from the curb. <br /> Section 2.
