Complete Feasibility Report: <br /> Tasks include field review of project,identifying proposed <br /> improvements, evaluating alternatives, estimating cost of $13,200 <br /> proposed improvements, developing a preliminary <br /> assessment roll, defining a schedule and presenting the <br /> report to the City Council. <br /> H. Final Design: <br /> Tasks include field survey and review, preparing <br /> construction plans for street reconstruction, as well as $61,000 <br /> watermain and storm sewer replacement,preparing permit <br /> application(s), attending one neighborhood meeting and <br /> one Council meeting, preparing final assessment roll, <br /> preparing specifications and cost estimate. <br /> . M. Prepare Bid Documents: <br /> Tasks include distribution ofbidding documents,answering $8,600 <br /> pre-bid questions, attendance at bid opening, tabulating <br /> bids,and making a recommendation to award contract. <br /> IV. Provide Construction Services: Approximate <br /> Tasks include attendance at preconstruction meeting, *4%Construction Observation <br /> review of shop drawings,construction staking,construction *4% Survey <br /> observation, weekly construction meetings, resident *I%Administration <br /> interaction, preparation of newsletters, processing of <br /> payment applications,project closeout and preparation of <br /> record drawings. These services will be billed at an hourly <br /> rate. <br /> *%of Construction Cost. <br /> The total cost to complete Tasks I-III as outlined above is approximately$82,800,less$15,300 in services <br /> completed in 1999.
