On <br /> the southwesterly end of the fence there is no overlap <br /> and on the most northeasterly end of the property the <br /> overlap is 8 .2 feet . <br /> I would like to know whether or not the city would <br /> grant Hobart Swan a license for the fence to remain on <br /> the right of way and allow him to maintain it in its <br /> present condition.
