RESOLUTION NO. S G <br /> • RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 65-007 PERTAINING <br /> TO THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF BELDEN DRIVE. <br /> WHEREAS, this Council by a resolution adopted February 9, 1965, <br /> did vacate and abandon as a public street and right of way a portion of Belden <br /> Drive; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Village mistakenly reserved an easement for street <br /> purposes over the vacated street area, <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that paragraph 1 of the February <br /> 9, 1965 resolution be amended to read: <br /> 1. That the Village abandons and vacates as a public street and right <br /> of way the following portion of Belden Drive as is contained in the <br /> plat of Belden Terrace Second Addition, except that the said Village <br /> retains an easement for utilities in the entire portion vacated, said <br /> portion described as follows: <br /> • "All that part of Belden Drive, as dedicated and laid out in the plat <br /> of Belden Terrace Second Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota <br /> which is on file and of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles <br /> in and for said Hennepin County, which lies Southeasterly of a line <br /> which is 60' SEly of and parallel with the SEly lines of lots 1 and 2, <br /> Block 1, Belden Terrace Second Addition.
