RESOLUTION NO. 65-008 <br /> • RESOLUTION ACCEPTING VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE ORD. 452 <br /> RELA'T'ING TO SEWERAGE CHARGES TO THE VILLAGE OF <br /> ST. ANTHONY. <br /> WHEREAS the Village of Roseville has studied the rate charged <br /> St. Anthony Village for its portion of the maintenance of a Sewer Inter- <br /> ceptor which flows through Roseville and which is used jointly by <br /> Roseville, Shoreview, Arden Hills, and St. Anthony and <br /> WHEREAS said study has shown that the present rate is in excess <br /> of the cost to Roseville to maintain said interceptor, <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the <br /> Village of St. Anthony, Minnesota that it accepts Village of Roseville <br /> Ordinance No. 452 and approves the revision of rates contained therein. <br /> Adopted this 26th day of January, 1965. <br /> yo <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <<. ! <br /> Matfa <br /> Clerk <br /> Approved as to form and legality <br /> Attorney <br /> • <br />
