• RESOLUTION NO. 65-011 <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MARCH 1, 1965 AS CUT-OFF DATE FOR RECEIVING <br /> PETITIONS FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony <br /> has considered its 1965 construction program, and <br /> 14HEREAS the Council deems it necessary to establish a time <br /> limit on the requests for public improvements so as to insure <br /> adequate time to comply with the improvement procedures as esta- <br /> blished in the Minnesota State Statutes. <br /> NCW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council of <br /> the Village of St. Anthony hereby establishes March 1 , 1965 as <br /> the final day for accepting petitions for public improvements <br /> to be included in the 1965 construction program. <br /> Adopted this 26 day of January, 1965. <br /> • � � 09 <br /> ayo <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Clerk Q .06 <br /> Manag <br /> • <br />
