RESOLUTION NO. 65-014 <br /> • RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE CANCELLATION OF ASSESSMENTS FOR <br /> LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS AND REFUNDING PAST INSTALLIMENTS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br /> St. Anthony as follows : <br /> WHEREAS the assessment roll for local Improvements Sewer <br /> and Water Service Lines 1960-4 was previously adopted and <br /> certified to the County Auditor of Hennepin County on the 9th <br /> day of October, 1961, and <br /> WHEREAS since such adoption, an erroneous assessment has <br /> been discovered on a certain parcel within said assessment roll; <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council of <br /> the Village of St. Anthony hereby authorizes the County Auditor <br /> of Hennepin County to cancel Levy #2587 Sewer and Water Service <br /> Lines 60-4 from the following described property beginning <br /> with the installment due in 1965 and all subsequent install- <br /> ments : <br /> The north 80 feet of the West 130 feet of Lot 2 , <br /> Block 2, Gardena Acres Addition (Parcel 2807 , Plat 63600) <br /> • BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Village Treasurer is <br /> authorized to refund the owner of said property the installment: <br /> due in 1962 through 1964 upon proof of payment by the owner. <br /> The Village Clerk is hereby authorized to prepare a copy <br /> of this Resolution and certify same to the Hennepin County <br /> Auditor. <br /> Adopted this 9th day of February, 1965° <br /> yor - =-_ <br /> ATTEST : - <br /> erk 47, <br /> �a er <br />
