RESOLUTION NO. 65- 018 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BASIC ENGINEERING AND APPROVING FINAL <br /> • PAYMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWER AND WATER IMPROVEMENT <br /> 1964-1 <br /> WHEREAS. oursuant to agreement w'th the V (loge, Comstock and Davis, <br /> Inc., has satisfactorily completed basic engineering for Sewer and Water Improvement <br /> 1964-1, the same being in accordance with such contract, and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the request of the Village Manager that final acceptance <br /> of the completed work described above be mode and final payment be made of any <br /> and all sums due for the work completed, <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village <br /> of St. Anthony that the work completed under said contracts as above described be <br /> and is hereby accepted and approved and, <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Village Manager is hereby directed <br /> to make final payment of all unpaid sums for the completion of said contract. <br /> Adopted this 9th day of February, 1965. <br /> M or <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Clerk <br /> anager <br />
