Agenda item <br /> RESOLUTION No. 65-0205c <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT FOR PARK CONSULTING SERVICES <br /> WITH BRAUER AND ASSOCIATES DURING 1965 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br /> St. Anthony as follows : <br /> WHEREAS Brauer and Associates , Park Consultants , have <br /> submitted a proposed contract for 1965 park construction, and <br /> WHEREAS the Village Council has examined proposed contract <br /> and desires to have said firm be the Village Park Consultants <br /> during 1965, <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council <br /> hereby authorizes the Mayor and Village Manager to enter <br /> into contract with Brauer and Associates for their services <br /> during the 1965 construction season. <br /> Adopted this 23rd day of February, 19650 <br /> r_ ay r <br /> ATTEST: <br /> erk 7 `r <br /> an er <br />
