RE:SOLUTT_ON NOS "'35_021 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, , S1,EC.17'.CATIONS AN-D WORKING DRAWINGS <br /> AND AUTHORIZE BIDS FOR SCHEDULE A OF THE 1965 PARKS CONSULTING <br /> SERVICE CONTRACT <br /> LE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of th:E� Village of <br /> St. Anthony as follows : <br /> WHEREAS the Village Counc:i.l has entered into contract V?ith <br /> Brauer and Associates for Park Consulting services , and <br /> WHEREAS said consultants have presented final plans , <br /> specifications and working drawings for 1965 park construction, <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS the Vl_lla.g<_- Council has examined proposed plans , <br /> specifications and working drawings insofar as they relate <br /> to the construction of two ( 2) tennis courts within Central <br /> Park, and site work and related development at Central and <br /> Silver Point Parks. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council <br /> of the Village of St. Anthony hereby approves said tennis <br /> court plans , specifications and working drawings and authorizes <br /> Brauer and Associates, under direction of the Village Manager, <br /> to advertise for bids to he opened March 11, 1965 and submitted <br /> to the Council on March 16 , 1965. <br /> Adopted this 23~d clay of February, <br /> 2 <br /> ATTEST: ay r <br /> N1- 47 <br /> oe <br /> Mana <br />
