RESOLUTION J . 65-024 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING VILLACE ilANAGER TO INCPFASE THE <br /> SALARIES OF THE FULL TIME OFF-SALE LIQUOR EMPLOYEES BY <br /> FIVE CENTS HOURLY RETRO-ACTIVE TO JANUARY 1 , 1965 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br /> St. Anthony as follows : <br /> -THEREAS Antonio Felicetta, representative from Teamsters <br /> Local 4792 , has requested that the Village of St. Anthony <br /> review the salaries of the off-sale liquor employees , and <br /> WHEREAS the Village records indicate that said employees <br /> have not received a raise in pay since October 1 , 1963 , and <br /> 4HEREAS negotiations between_ the Union Representative and <br /> the Village Manager have been held resulting in agreement to <br /> a five cent per hour wage increase for all full time off-sale <br /> employees retro-active to January 1 , 1965 . <br /> NON THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council <br /> hereby authorizes the Village Manager to increase the salaries <br /> of all full time off-sale employees by five cents ( $.05 ) per <br /> hour and instructs the Manager to compute the increase begin- <br /> ning January 1 , 1965 . <br /> Adopted this 23rd day of February, 1965. <br /> May r <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Jerk <br /> Ma n`a,q er <br />
