RESOLUTION NO. 65-025 <br /> CORPORATE BANK RESOLUTION <br /> THIS IS TO CERTIFY that at a meeting of the Village Council <br /> of the Village of St. Anthony, a corporation existing under <br /> the laws of the State of Minnesota, duly called and held the <br /> 23rd day of February, 1965 , at which a quorum of said Council <br /> was present and voting, the following resolution was adopted: <br /> RESOLVED: That checks of this corporation drawn on the <br /> State Bank of St. Anthony Village, Minneapolis , Minnesota, <br /> hereinafter called the Bank, and orders for transfer or with- <br /> drawal of the funds of this corporation on deposit in said <br /> Bank , in whatever form, shall be signed by any of the follow- <br /> ing: <br /> James H. McNulty, Mayor <br /> James K. Perkins , Village Manager <br /> Mary Ann Thorsfeldt, Treasurer <br /> and counter-signed by all of the following : <br /> James H. McNulty, Mayor <br /> James K.
