Agenda Item 8a RESO_11TT ON NOES-026 RESOLUTION REDUCING ASSESSMENT FOR LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony as follows: WHEREAS the assessments for local improvements Sewer Improvement 1960-2, Water Improvement 1960-2 were previously adopted and certified to the County Auditor on the 9th day of October, 1961 , and WHEREAS since such adoption, certain parcels of land contained therein have been found to specially assessed in excess of actual benefit received, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony hereby authorizes the Village Clerk to revise the special assessments on the following described property as indicated beginning with the payment due and payable in 1965: 1 . 81505112012 Lots 11 and 12, Block 12, Mounds View Acres Second Addition Assessment Original Amount Corrected Amount 223 Water Extension 59-2 1110.59 - 0 - 225 Sewer Impr. 1960-2 3705.31 $2854.21 • 226 Water Impr. 1960-2 767.71 1535.42 2. 81505109012 Lot 9, Block 12, Mounds View Acres Second Addition Assessment Original Amount Corrected Amount 225 Sewer Impr. 1960-2 2333.11 — $1466-75 226 Water Impr. 1960-2 1494.81 971 .51 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to prepare refunds to the owners of said property for the years 1965 through 1975 in the following amounts as the total amount outstanding has been paid in full to the County Auditor: Henry Jenniges $ 875.60 Wesley Robertson 1019.04 The Village Clerk is also authorized to present checks to said owners upon proof of payment.
