RESOLUTION No. 61,t-D27 • RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE APPOR T I ONi IFNT OF ASSESSMENTS FOR LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony as follows: WHEREAS the assessment roll for Local Improvements Storm Sewer 1960-1A, Watermain 1960-2, Sewer Interceptor, Street Impr. 1961-1, Street Imp. 1961-3 was previously adopted and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, on the 9th day of October, 1961, and WHEREAS the assessment roll for Local Improvements Street Impr. 1961-E, Storm Sewer 61-1, and Sewer Impr. 1962-IF was previously adopted and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on the 2nd day of October, 1962', and WH ERFAS since such adoption certain parcels within said assessment rods have been divided by reason of conveyance resulting in Division No. 34108.
