i <br /> RESOLUTION No. 65 - 028 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ?NDUCTION OF FLUORIDE INTO THE MUNICIPAL <br /> WATER, SYSTEM <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of St. <br /> Ani S,ar•; ns follows: <br /> WHEREAS the Village Council has considered the matter of <br /> fluoridating the municipal water supply, and <br /> WHEREAS the Village Council has held public meetings at which <br /> the facts for and against fluoridation were presented to the Council, <br /> and <br /> YHEREAS the equipment used to automatically induce the proper <br /> amount of fluoride into the raw water is already in place and ready <br /> for operation for Wells No. 3 & 4, <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council hereby <br /> authorizes the Village Manager to put said fluoridation equipment <br /> into operation and induce tha proper amount of the fluoride chemical <br /> into the water supply to maintain the proper residual at the <br /> extremities of the water lines as prescribed by the Minnesota State <br /> Department of Health as soon as practicable and without unnecessary <br /> 'ueIay. <br /> • Adoptsd this 9th day of March, 1965. <br /> ay r <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Clerk Man <br />
