RESOLUTION NO. 65-036 <br /> RESOLUTION CANCELLING ASSESSMENTS FOR 1965 WEED ERADICATION ON LOTS <br /> 1, 3, 4, 5, 7 & 8, BLOCK 1, AMUNDSENIS ADDITION <br /> WHEREAS, the Village has Erred in submitting assessments for weed <br /> eradication on lots 1 , 3, 4, 5, 7 & 8, 31ock 1 , Amundsen's Addition; and <br /> 11HEREAS, the Council seeks to remedy tie error caused by this placement <br /> of these assessments for weed eradication on the 1965 tax rolls. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said assessments be and are hereby <br /> cancelled and upon proof of payment, the Village Manager is instructed to <br /> reimburse the owner thereof for said payment. <br /> Adopted this 13th day of April , 1965. <br /> a or <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Clerk <br /> Mana <br /> • <br />
