S.P. 2712-11 (T.H.8=63) <br /> 6202-32 (T.H.8=63) <br /> Form 2522 Rev. 6284-49 (T.H.35W 394) <br /> U 059-1 (31) <br /> • R E S 0 L U T I 0 M No. 65-037 I-IG 35W-3 (42) 116 <br /> At a (regular) (special) meeting of the Village Council of the Village <br /> of St. Anthony duly held on the day of , 1965, the follow- <br /> ing Resolution was offered by <br /> seconded by , ; to-wit: <br /> WHEREAS the Village of St. Anthony has approved <br /> the plans and specifications for the improvement of that part of Trunk <br /> Highway Number 63 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 8 within <br /> the corporate limits of the Village of St. Anthony from the <br /> County Rd. "C" to E. Corp. Limits ; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS in order to obtain Federal Aid in the construction of <br /> • said Trunk Highway Number 63 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 8 <br /> the Bureau of Public Roads requires the assurance that the Village of <br /> St. Anthony will not suffer any encroachment of any nature or kind <br /> whatsoever on the right of way of said Trunk Highway Number 63 renum- <br /> bered as Trunk Highway Number 8 within the corporate limits of <br /> the said Village of St. Anthony and <br /> WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways desires in the interest of <br /> public safety that all parking of vehicles on said trunk highway be para- <br /> llel with the curb and at least 20 feet from any crosswalk. <br /> NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said Village of St. Anthony <br /> does hereby agree and covenant that it will never permit or suffer, within <br /> its corporate limits, any encroachment of any kind whatsoever, including <br /> curb gas pumps and gas stations, billboards or other structures of any <br /> kind whatsoever, upon the right of way of Trunk Highway Number 8 renum- <br /> bered as Trunk Highway Number 63 and to the above end said M1age <br /> of St. Anthony hereby agrees that it will never issue any license, <br /> permit, or grant, or give any leave or liberty or any other consent of <br /> whatever form for the construction or maintenance of any encroachment <br />
