RESOLUTION N0. 65-040 RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS FOR LOCAL • IMPROVEMENTS WH VERS, the assessment roll for local improvements Sewer Interceptor 1960-2 was previously adopted and certified to the :ounty Auditor of Ramsey County on the 9th day of October, 1961 , and WHEREAS, the assessment roll for local improvement Sewer Impr. 1962-2 was previously adopted and certified to said County Auditor on the 8th day of October, 1963, and WHEREAS, since such adoption certain property within said assessment rolls has been divided and conveyed resulting in Division No. 34824. NOl! THEREFORE ^E IT RESOLVED that the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony hereby authorizes the County Auditor of Ramsey County to apportion the outstanding assessments on said property as follows: A.
