RESOLUTION N0. 65-044 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING STREET IMPROVEMENT 7417 - 65 - 2 <br /> WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Village Council , at the request of lOO'X. of <br /> the owners of property abutting on Silver Lake Court in the Harstad 2nd <br /> Addition, performed street maintenance work during the latter part of <br /> 1964; and, <br /> k!HEREAS, the landowners desired the permanent improvement of Silver <br /> Lake Court and petitioned the Council to assess the entire cost against <br /> their property including the base stabilization work performed in 1964 <br /> at the landowners' request; and, <br /> t`ie present coneition of Silver Lake CouF t makes the <br /> roadway impassable; and, <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing is not required by reason of the petition; <br /> NOU THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Street Improvement 7417 - 65 - 2 <br /> be ordered and that the Village Engineer, Coristock and Davis, prepare <br /> the plans and specifications for the permanent surfacing of Silver Lake <br /> Court and the installation of curb and gutter and attendant surface water <br /> drainage connections, which plans shall provide for concrete surfacing or <br /> • blacktop bituminous surfacing. <br /> Voting on the Resolution: <br /> MCNULTY <br /> ERICKSON <br /> DOUGHERTY <br /> OAILEY <br /> SORENSON <br /> Adopted this 11th day of May 1965 <br /> James H.
