65-049 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND SETTING DATE FOR <br /> PUBLIC HEARING ON STREET IMPROVEMENT 7420-65-2 - , — 7 �(1?- -' <br /> U11EREAS, the St. Anthony Village Council has received a petition <br /> from the owners of lots served by Anthony Lane and has directed the engineer <br /> to prepare a feasibility report, as�we T as the plans and specifications for <br /> the making of said improvement; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the pj.-monent street surfacing of Anthony Lane had been <br /> deferred to allow excavations made in connection with the sanitary sewer and <br /> water improvements to settle; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council will consider the <br /> improvement of Anthony Lane from County Road C (29th Avenue) to the East <br /> Village limits at a public hearing to be held on June 22, 1965, in the <br /> Village Hall at 8:00 P.M. The Clerk shall give notice of the hearing as <br /> required by law.
