RESOLUTION NO. 0- <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> RESOLUTION STATING t,!ILLINGNESS TO PARTICIPATE IN :, COOPERATIVE APPROACH TO T11E <br /> SOLUTION OF THE DRAINAGE PROBLEM REL'1TIVE TO COUNTY DITCH NO. 3 <br /> • k1HEREAS, the State of Minnesota, Department of Highway, proposes to <br /> make certain improvements on County Ditch No. 2 and portions of the Village of <br /> St. Anthony are within the watershed area of this ditch or its tributaries, <br /> and, <br /> 1!HEREAS, the Condition of County Ditch No. 3 which is one of the <br /> tributaries is such that it does not adequately drain its watershed area or <br /> provide a satisfactory outlet for Silver Lake, <br /> N01,!
