G .S' 053 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATIOPJ OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR INSTALL-1TION <br /> OF CHLORINATION AND FLUORIDATION EQUIPMENT FOR TREATMENT OF DELL NO. 5 <br /> kINEREAS, the Municipal Water system, with the exception of ?delis <br /> No. 2 & 5 have facilities for iron removal, chlorination and fluoridation, <br /> which are presently in operation, and; <br /> 111EREAS, an extensive testing program has indicated that iron <br /> removal facilities are not necessary at t4ell No. 5, and; <br /> t-ll-iEREAS, the Village Council has provided financing for treatment <br /> of Well No. 5 water through Waterworks Improvement bonds of September 10, 1963. <br /> NOU TifEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Village Council of the Village <br /> of St. Anthony hereby authorizes and instructs Comstock and Davis, Inc. <br /> to prepare plans, specifications and working drawings for the installation of <br /> • chlorination and fluoridation equipment at Well No. 5 to be housed within the <br /> existing building. <br /> s H McNulty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Jam .C.
