• <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 65059 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING BIDS FOR <br /> INSTALLATION OF WATER TREATMENT EQUIPMENT AT WELL NO. 5 <br /> WHEREAS the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony has, with the <br /> aid of a study prepared by a hydrologist, determined that certain treatment <br /> facilities are necessary at Village Well No. 5, and; <br /> WHEREAS Resolution No. 65-053 ordered final plans and specifications for <br /> installation of these treatment facilities, and; <br /> WHEREAS said plans and specifications have been prepared by the Village <br /> Consulting Engineers, Comstock and Davis, Inc., and reviewed by the Village <br /> Council . <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of St. Anthony <br /> . Village, that Plans and Specifications For Installation Of Water Treatment <br /> Facilities At Well No. 5, a copy of which are on file with the Village Clerk, <br /> are hereby approved. The Village Manager shall prepare and publish as re- <br /> quired by law an advertisement for bids upon the making of said improvements <br /> in accordance with the approved plans and specifications, which advertisement <br /> shall specify the work to be done and shall state that bids will be opened by <br /> the Village Manager and Engineer on Monday, August 9, 1965 at 12:00 noon in the <br /> Council Chambers. The bids will be tabulated and considered by the Village <br /> Council at 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, August 10, 1965. No bids will be considered <br /> unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, <br /> cashier's check, bid bond, or certified check payable to the Clerk for five <br /> per cent of the amount of the bid. <br /> Adopted this 13th day of July, 1965. <br /> May r <br /> ATTEST: <br /> • Manager <br /> Cler <br />
