RESOLUTION NO. �,S —O G3 <br /> • <br /> RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR CHEMICAL EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION AND BUILDING <br /> MODIFICATION FOR 14ELL NO. 5 <br /> WHEREAS the Village of St. Anthony has advertised and taken bids for <br /> Chemical Equipment Installation and Building Modification for Well No. 5, and; <br /> WHEREAS sealed bids were publically opened at 12:00 noon on Monday, <br /> August 9, 1965, and; <br /> WHEREAS LAYNE-MINNESOTA Company submitted the lowest responsible bid. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council of the Village <br /> of St. Anthony hereby awards the contract for Chemical Equipment installation <br /> end Duilding Modification for Well No. 5 to Layne-Minnesota Company, 3147 N.
