RESOLUTION NO. 6�j_. C6 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING MONEY FROM THE LIQUOR FUND CASH SURPLUS TO FINANCE <br /> PURCHASE OF NEW ICE MAKING EQUIPMENT <br /> WHEREAS the Village Council has authorized bids to be taken on the <br /> purchase of new ice making equipment, and; <br /> WHEREAS Resolution No. 65-06' awards the contract for purchase of <br /> said equipment to Allied Store Equipment Co., and; <br /> WHEREAS no provision was made in the 1965 Liquor Budget for purchase <br /> of said equipment, ond3 <br /> WHEREAS the Liquor Fund has a cash surplus due to an inventory re- <br /> duction during the second quarter of 19653 <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council of the Village <br /> of St. Anthony hereby authorizes an appropriation of cash surplus in the amount <br /> of $3,343.00 plus costs of installation of equipment into the 1965 Liquor <br /> • Budget. <br /> Adopted this lOth day of August, 1965. <br /> ay r <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Manager <br /> 7 l•• ' <br /> Cler! <br /> • <br />
