RESOLUTION NO. 65.-079 <br /> A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE COUNTY AUDITORS OF HENNEPIN AND RAMSEY <br /> COUNTIES TO CANCEL ALL OUTSTANDING AD VALOREM TAXES AGAINST CERTAIN <br /> BOND ISSUES <br /> WHEREAS, on October 9, 1965, the Vi-1 lage Council of the Village <br /> of St. Anthony did by Resolution No. 65-077 set the levy to be collected <br /> from all taxable property within the Village, and <br /> WHEREAS, on said date, Resolution No. 65-078 was also adopted which <br /> directed the County Auditors of Hennepin and Ramsey Counties to cancel <br /> Ad Valorem taxes on an $815,000.00 re-financing bond issue, as sufficient <br /> monies have been irrevocably placed in the Sinking Fund for the payment <br /> of interest and principle due in 1966s and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Village Council to include the <br /> $300,000.00 Water Works bond issue dated 1-1-620 the $306,000.00 <br /> Improvement Bonds Series I dated 10/l/61, and the $250x000.00 Improvement <br /> Bonds Series II dated 10/1/61 in the cancellation of Ad Valorem taxes <br /> for the current year, as sufficient monies have been irrevocably placed <br /> in the Sinking Funds of the aforementioned funds for the payment of <br /> interest and principle payments due in 1966, <br /> • NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the County Auditors of Hennepin <br /> and Ramsey Counties be directed to cancel Ad Valorem taxes levied <br /> against the $300,000.00 Water Works Bond Issue dated 1/1/62, the <br /> $3062000.00 Improvement Bonds Series I dated 10/1/61, and the <br /> $250,000.00 Improvement Bonds Series II dated 10/1/61. <br /> Adopted this 26tr_ day of October 1965. <br /> ATTEST: ( y0 <br /> . <br /> c <br /> C er <br /> i <br /> Manager <br />
