Form 2521 Rev. <br /> • RESOLUTION <br /> At a (regular) (special) meeting of the Village Council of the Village <br /> of St. Anthony duly held on the 23rd day of November , 19.E the follow- <br /> ing Resolution was offered by Councilman Dougherty <br /> seconded by Councilman Bailey , ; to-wit: <br /> WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared preliminary <br /> plans for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 394 <br /> renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 35W within the corporate limits <br /> of the Vi lma` of St. Anthone from the E_C4i8. Limits- <br /> to S. Corp. Limits ; and <br /> WHEREAS said preliminary plans are on file in the office of the <br /> Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and <br /> 2783-03 (T.H. 351=394) <br /> • identified as layout No 10C S,.P 6284-25 (T•H• 35W=394), from 0.2 Mi. E. <br /> of StinsonBlvd. in Mels. to St. Stephens St. in Roseville ; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS copies of said preliminary plans as so marked, labeled, <br /> and identified are also on file in the office of the Village Clerk; and <br /> WHEREAS the term "said preliminary plans" as hereinafter used in <br /> the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer <br /> to, and to incorporate the preliminary plans as in the foregoing recitals <br /> particularly identified and described; <br /> NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary plans for the <br /> improvement of Trunk Highway Number 394 renumbered Trunk Highway <br /> Number 35W within the limits of the Village of St. Anthony be and <br /> hereby are approved. <br /> • <br />
