RESOLUTION N0. 65-090 <br /> A RESOLUTION DISCLAIMING INTEREST IN A PUBLIC <br /> ROAD EASEIIENT ON THE EAST 10 FEET OF LOT 16, <br /> BLOCK 5, CLARK & KINGS HENNEPIN GARDENS. <br /> WHEREAS, the Village Council has considered the request of <br /> Mr. James L. Wegner, representing Mr. Robert Lohmar prospective purchaser of <br /> Lot 16, Block 5, Clark and Kings Hennepin Gardens, for the vacation of a <br /> 10 foot public road easement, and <br /> 14HEREAS, the Village Attorney has examined the records and finds that <br /> no such described easement has been dedicated to or accepted by the Village of <br /> St. Anthony, <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council does expressly <br /> disclaim any interest in an easement described as the East 10 feet of Lot 16, <br /> Block 5, Clark and icings Hennepin Gardens. <br /> May r <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Man er <br /> Village Clerk <br />
