• RESOLUTION NO. 66-007 <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MARCH 1, 1966 AS CUT- OFF <br /> DATE FOR RECEIVING PETITIONS FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony has <br /> considered its 1966 construction program, and <br /> 9HEREAS the Council deems it necessary to establish a time limit <br /> on the requests for public improvements so as to insure adequate time <br /> to comply with the improvement procedures as established in the Minnesota <br /> State Statutes. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council of the <br /> Village of St. Anthony hereby establishes March 1 , 1966 as the final <br /> day for accepting petitions for public improvements to be included in <br /> the 1966 construction program. <br /> Adopted this day of January, 1966. <br /> May6r <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Q L� Ma r <br /> • <br />
